Carnival Kitchen is a new treat aboard Carnival Cruise Line’s latest ship. Led by chefs, guests on on Carnival Panorama will be able to try their hand at cooking up everything from tuna tartare to Carnival’s signature Chocolate Melting Cake.

There will be at least 15 on-board classes a week ranging from workshop cases with dinner to cake and pasta-making master classes.

“We’ve created a diverse selection of experiences that cater to every type of palate, so whether our guests want to learn how to master their favorite foods or want to try something new,” said Cyrus Marfatia, Carnival’s vice-president of culinary and dining.

Among the firsts are an Orient Unknown Class with Dinner that includes preparing savory noodle dishes, silky soups, succulent satays and desserts from the cuisines of Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

One-hour and two-hour morning, afternoon and early evening sessions are available primarily on sea days and can accommodate up to 18 guests at a time. Reservations can be made on Carnival.com pre-cruise or at any restaurant once on board. Carnival Panorama sails weekly from Long Beach, California to the Mexican Riviera.
