Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is making the largest expansion in its history, with three new Uniworld ships, a partnership with Aqua Expeditions and six new itineraries debuting in 2027.
The new vessels include three Super Ships, the S.S. Audrey, S.S. Marlene and S.S. São Rafael, as well as exclusive voyages aboard the expedition yacht Aqua Blu, marking Uniworld’s entry into Singapore and Indonesia.

The S.S. Audrey and S.S. Marlene will join Uniworld’s European fleet in 2027, following the debut of the S.S. Emilie in 2026. Both will feature the brand’s signature boutique design and luxurious details, with interiors inspired by their cinematic namesakes.
On Portugal’s Douro River, the new S.S. São Rafael will expand Uniworld’s presence alongside S.S. São Gabriel. The ship’s name references Portugal’s maritime heritage: during Vasco da Gama’s 1497 voyage to India, the São Rafael sailed alongside the flagship São Gabriel.
The expedition yacht Aqua Blu, operated in partnership with Aqua Expeditions, will offer two limited sailings per year, providing small-ship access to remote destinations across Indonesia and Singapore.
Uniworld’s 2027 lineup will include six new itineraries across Europe and Asia:
Bali, Singapore & Indonesia Expedition – A 13-night journey combining three nights in Bali, a seven-night expedition on Aqua Blu and a three-night stay in Singapore. Highlights include Komodo National Park, the Spice Islands, Pink Beach and cultural encounters in Ubud and Singapore.
Paris, Prague & Germany’s Hidden Gems – An 11-night trip aboard the S.S. Audrey, featuring time in Paris and Prague plus a cruise along the Rhine and Moselle Rivers, with stops in Heidelberg, Cochem, Wertheim and other storybook towns.
Scenic Rhine, Paris & the Swiss Alps – Another S.S. Audrey itinerary combining hotel stays in Paris and Zurich with a Rhine and Moselle sailing through France, Germany and Switzerland, complete with hiking, cycling and culinary tastings along the way.
European Gems – A one-time, 14-night voyage aboard the S.S. Emilie from Amsterdam to Vienna, sailing the Rhine, Main and Danube Rivers in a single journey that showcases Europe’s most celebrated waterways.
Grand Highlights of the Danube – A 16-night adventure aboard the S.S. Marlene that merges two guest favorites, Highlights of Eastern Europe and Enchanting Danube, with stops in Vienna, Passau and Budapest, plus exclusive experiences such as a private classical concert in Vienna.
Castles Along the Rhine & Amsterdam – A nine-night expansion of Uniworld’s popular Castles Along the Rhine cruise, featuring two added nights in Amsterdam and visits to Basel, Rüdesheim, Cologne and Alsace.
These are in addition to Uniworld’s broad portfolio of boutique river and expedition experiences, offering travelers new ways to explore both classic and emerging destinations around the world.
