Reflexology on a rice barge, meditation in a winery and apitherapy at a bee farm are among the unique new offerings of Oceania Cruises’ expanded spa and wellness offerings.

As part of the brand’s OceaniaNEXT initiative, Aquamar Spa + Vitality Centers on its six ships will include holistic wellness encounters not only on board but ashore.

Wellness Discovery Tours by Aquamar, new treatments and cuisine have all been curated to encompass the brand’s core pillars: the finest cuisine at sea, alluring destinations and intimate and luxurious ships, says Bob Binder, president and CEO of Oceania Cruises. “Our guests love balance – they’re active, they’re leading rich and fulfilled lives. For them, wellness is not a pursuit, it’s a lifestyle.”

The new program has three elements. Restore and renew medi-spa treatments range from acupuncture to Dysport Wrinkle Treatments that promise results that last for months. Enrich includes lifestyle seminars and innovative Wellness Discovery Tours, offered at various ports around the world. And Nourish will include Aquamar Vitality Cuisine in The Grand Dining Room in addition to extensive plant-based and vegetarian dishes. Freshly pressed juices, smoothies and energy bowls are also served at the only cold-pressed Raw Juice & Smoothie Bars at sea.

The new spa concepts will be introduced on Riviera, Nautica and Sirena in December and be available fleet-wide in January.
