As Emerald Azzurra makes its long-awaited debut, Emerald Cruises is showcasing the new super yacht’s designer furnishings. The 100-guest yacht is the first of the brand’s two ground-breaking superyachts to join the award-winning Emerald Cruises fleet—Emerald Sakara will be the second when she launches in the Seychelles in early 2023.
Featuring designer furnishings throughout, the stylish pool deck is proving to be a relaxation and social destination. Outfitted with Paola Lenti day loungers and Kettal lounge chairs in cool tones that complement the infinity-style pool, this space also features a café serving healthy breakfast items like smoothies and a selection of airy flatbreads at lunch. Indoors, the Observation Lounge includes a Dedon MBrace Wing Chair and footstool, as well as sleek L’Object games such as chess and tic tac toe for guests to enjoy.
Of the 50 deluxe staterooms and suites, 88 per cent feature private balconies, and each come equipped with Missoni towels and ESPA amenities – the same luxury line found in the onboard Elements Spa. For those who like to pack light, the new yacht features a guest laundry room equipped with complimentary washers and dryers outfitted with detergent; steamers, irons and laundry baskets—in addition to a full laundry service available for a fee.
The 360-foot long, 100-passenger Emerald Azzurra has been custom-designed to cruise the waters of the Adriatic Coast, the Red Sea and the Mediterranean, and will offer guests an intimate yachting experience. As the newest yacht in its class sailing these waters, Emerald Azzurra’s balcony staterooms and suites, which start at more than 285 square feet have been designed with a modern feel and upscale amenities.
In the style of a super yacht, the ship features a marina platform from which guests can take part in a variety of activities including paddle boarding and snorkeling. As well as exploring the major highlights in the regions yacht visits, guests will also have unique access to the smaller ports and harbors only accessible by small yachts, giving them the freedom to explore the authentic local towns and villages off the beaten tourist track.
